Nadador Night--May 16th
WHEN: Our May Nadador Night is Wednesday, May 16th (5:30-7:00pm) and will be an educational event that no one will want to miss!
WHO: All Nadador swimmers, parents, and siblings.
WHY: This month, we are proud to feature Dr. Lenny Wiersma, who will share his expertise as a Sports Psychologist, specializing in swimming. Dr. Wiersma will be speaking specifically to parents, with an initial segment geared towards athletes (after the initial segment, athletes will disperse into break-out groups to discuss the material presented and work on goal setting). Parents will then spend 45 minutes hearing from and interacting with Dr. Wiersma, focusing on how to best support their swimmers.
HOW: Please R.S.V.P. under 'Meets/Events' and 'Nadador Night' (May 16th).
**Under the notes section, please indicate how many people in your family will plan to attend and have dinner with us.
Baja Fresh will be partnering with us each month for our Team Gathering and will provide a full meal for everyone in attendance for just $5/person! And remember, this event will be in lieu of all practices that evening that begin after 5:00pm.
The presentation will begin promptly at 5:30, so please arrive on time, ready to give Dr. Wiersma a HUGE Nadador welcome!
